Pete's Food intake for the 14th

PreWOD: Banana, almonds and coffee
Post WOD: Kind bar
Breakfast: 2 slices of ham, leftover paleo meatloaf, brussel sprouts with bacon, and mashed sweet potatoes.
Snack1: Sliced turkey, and apple
Lunch: Chef Salad, with water. Removed most of the cheese.
Snack2: Well I was going to have an orange, but when I peeled it, there was mold in the middle of it. Nice! So I had a LaraBar.
Dinner: Crock pot chicken, spaghetti squash and broccoli and watermelon for dessert
Snack: 1/2 a paleo cookie, handful of nuts and dried fruit

  1. I hate it when I bite into an apple and there is mold in the middle. At least you caught it before you ate it!
