Chris - 9/14

Post Wod/Breakfast - coffee, small bowl of paleo granola with almond milk - no, not enough food, but it was a HUGE struggle to juggle kids and getting out of the house this morning
Snack - Coffee, banana, almond butter and Lara Bar
Lunch - Meatloaf and Sweet Potato leftovers - YUM!
Snack - Kind bar and Paleo beef stick (from www.stevesoriginal. com)
Dinner - Crockpot chicken, spagetti squash and broccoli and watermelon for dessert
Snack - 1/2 a paleo cookie from paleotreats.com (yes, I'm still hungry but tired too, time for bed)
