PreWOD: Banana, almonds and coffee
PostWOD: Paleo Granola (it was really, really good!!!)
Breakfast: 3 Hard boiled eggs, three slices of ham
Snack1: Apple, mixed nuts and dried fruit, and beef jerky
Lunch: Crock-Pot Chicken leftovers
Snack2: Apple, beef jerky, nuts and dried fruit
Snack3: LaraBar
Dinner: Chicken with beans, and green beans
Snack4: Popcorn
