Amanda 13 Sept....I won't ramble today:)

PostWod: Paleo banana bread; coffee
Breakfast: Usana Shake with 1 tbsp Peanut butter
Snack: hard boiled egg
Lunch: Salad with tomatoes, cuks, basil, and a tiny bit of mozzarella ... and it made my stomach hurt...so I guess that punishment for having cheese; some left over chicken breast
Snack: Trail mix with raisins, cranberries, almonds and wasabi peas
Dinner: chicken breast, cranberries, walnuts, and a dash of mayo (to make it moist); lettuce; a few scoops of guac
Snack:....can you guess?
