Amanda Sept 20

PreWod: Banana; coffee with creamer
Breakfast: 1 egg (we ran out); pico; 1/4 cup guacamole. I've started measuring everything b/c I'm confused as to why the scale still says the same number after 3 weeks of more strict then the last time we did this challenge. Anywho....
Snack: Apple with 1 tbsp peanut butter
Lunch: Sushi (I know...it was brown rice) & shrimp; 2 pieces deli ham
Snack: Apple with 1 tbsp peanut butter
Dinner: Chicken thighs marinated in italian dressing; yellow squash, onions, broccoli stir fry
