Hello, my name is Chris and I'd like to thank you for welcoming me to Paleo Cheater's Anonymous. The problem all started when I got sick and "had" to eat bland non-paleo foods to get feeling better, now I just can't seem to go even 1 day 100% strict. My overall meals have been OK, but it's the in between stuff that's getting me. I also just don't seem to plan well for when I'm out and about.
I'll try harder. Try.

Post WOD/Breakfast - Smoothie (coconut milk, pineapple, 1/2 banana, ice) - pretty tasty actually - 1/2 banana with almond butter
