Pete 22nd Sept

PreWOD: Banana, two handfuls of almonds, and coffee

WOD was tough this morning. For some reason the cold front that was suppose to cool things off here, made it hot and humid this morning. I was dragging, and having a hard time breathing. The air was thick!

PostWOD/Breakfast: Steve's Original Paleo Beef jerky (1 stick), coffee, apple sauce pouch, protein shake.
Snack1: Apple, nuts and Steve's original Paleokit Beef Jerky, Coconut, strawberries (surprisingly good!)
